Sampling procedure

During 2013-2018, 38 hearing second language signers aged between 18 and 42 were recorded, with whom all were university students studying Swedish Sign Language. The recordings consist of a number of conversations based on interviews of varying levels and retellings of “Frog, where are you?” some comic strips and a clip from the short movie "The Plank". In addition, the corpus also consists of data from 9 deaf first language signers serving as control group data.
