Description

This study is part of the research program The Role of the Press in Society, a project initiated by the 1972 Commission of tbe Press. The motive for a total investigation of the councillors in the four municipalities of the survey was to reach a group of politically active persons, who could be expected to a greater extent to be readers of more than one newspaper. Hereby there was a possibility of comparison of attitudes to and use of various dailies.
