Purpose:

Due to an expansion of highway E4 between Norsholm and Norrköping a number of archaeological remains were affected. During the summer of 1988 a series of preliminary investigations took place in the affected area. During autumn of 1989 a number of archaeological investigations were conducted, based on information obtained from the preliminary investigations.
