    Between March, 22 and April 21, 1995, INRA (EUROPE), a
    European Network of Market- and Public Opinion Research
    agencies, carried out wave 43.0 of the standard Eurobarometer,
    on request of the European Commission. The Eurobarometer 43.0
    datafile includes the results of all questions of
    Eurobarometer 43.0, except questions 48 to 68, which were
    combined with EB43.1 results in a separate datafile called
    EB43.0+43.1.

    The targetpopulation of Eurobarometer 43.0 was "the population
    of any nationality of an EU-member country, aged 15 years and
    over, resident in any of the Member States of the European
    Community". The target number was 1000 cases, including any
    non-nationals (but EU-citizens); except Luxembourg (N=500),
    Germany (N=2000), Northern Ireland (N=300).
