Description

The registry is based on exported data on all invitations to cervical screening in Sweden, all cervical smears, HPV tests, tissue samples and their diagnoses as well as biobanking of cervical cells.
Yearly reports describe the quality of the prevention in Sweden. These are posted at www.nkcx.se and it is possible to query the database for various quality indicators on both country, county and community level. Active research on imporved prevention, for example by randomised healthcare policies and clinical trials with registry-based follow-up.
