From 2003 through 2009 participants in the Swedish Mammography Cohort below age 85 years and living in the town of Uppsala were randomly selected and invited to participate in a clinical subcohort. Of the 8,311 invited women 65% answered the received diet, lifestyle, and physical activity questionnaire and 60%, 5,032 women, participated in the health examination. Description
Women participating in the health examination 2003-2009 have been invited to revisit the clinic for a second health examination. The helath examination includes measurment of weight, height, waist, hip and blood pressure and sampling of blood, urine, faeces and addipose tissue. This follow-up is since January 2015. Apart from a diet, health and lifestyle questionnaire the second round also includes a one-day food diary and a cognitive interview.Citation
