Description

The main purpose of this study is to determine the profitability of manpower training for the trainees. The trainees, who had to answer the questionnaire approximately 18 month after completed training, are compared to individuals in similar positions when the former started their training. Interest is mainly concentrated on determining in what manner training has affected the employment and incomes of the trainees. There are information about sex, age, educational and occupational background for both participants and non-participants in the training program.
